 Buckwheat Point Estates is Atlantic Canada’s first vacation home community located at Cumberland Point on the majestic Grand Lake, NB. A scenic, one hour drive from Moncton, Saint John or Fredericton. Our resort offers 650 acres of scenic landscape with a panoramic view of Grand Lake. We also pride ourselves on having over one and a half miles of privately owned waterfront. Grand lake is nestled in the midst of one of the prettiest and most impressive freshwater systems in Atlantic Canada. July 2008 marked the opening of our community. The first phase is comprised of 20 units, each with their own driveway, large deck and their own individual breath-taking view. Floor plans are available in 1, 2 and 3 bedroom models.
